Job summary

Staffworks Group is seeking a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, implement, and support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and related equipment used in production.

The role partners with manufacturing, design engineering, quality, sourcing, and other teams to deliver cost-effective tooling solutions that improve product quality and operational efficiency, while supporting troubleshooting and standardization efforts across tooling applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field is required.
• Experience in tooling engineering or related technical role is preferred.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create engineering drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tooling, jigs, fixtures, and production support equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Execute tooling projects with autonomy within established engineering standards and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tooling solutions meet technical, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of tooling applications to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including drawings, specifications, and tooling standards.
