Job summary

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and implement tooling, jigs, fixtures, and related manufacturing equipment used in production processes. You will work with engineering, quality, sourcing, and production teams to deliver cost-effective tooling solutions that support product quality and throughput.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, continuous improvement, standardization, and adherence to safety and company procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in tooling engineering or related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tooling, jigs, fixtures, and production support equipment.
• Execute tooling projects with autonomy within engineering standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical, quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Support tooling installation, setup, validation, and calibration in manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create and maintain drawings, specifications, and tooling documentation.
• Evaluate materials and supplier options for tooling applications.
• Drive continuous improvement to tooling reliability, safety, and cost-efficiency.
• Support current and legacy tooling to ensure manufacturing performance.
