US Tech Solutions is seeking a Tooling Engineer to design, develop, and support tooling, jigs, fixtures, and related manufacturing equipment used in production processes. You will apply advanced technical knowledge with some autonomy while adhering to engineering practices and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in tooling engineering or related mechanical design roles.
• Experience with CAD and 3D modeling, reading drawings, GD&T knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain tooling, jigs, fixtures, and production support equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Execute tooling projects with some autonomy following engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with design engineering, production, quality, and sourcing to meet technical, cost, and delivery goals.
• Support tooling troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and standardization across tooling applications.
• Prepare technical docs, drawings, 3D models, maintenance instructions, and tooling standards.
