Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train tool room personnel on safety procedures and equipment operation.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of tooling and precision measuring equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for tooling and machinery.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address tooling issues and support new product development.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications for all tooling.
• Optimize tool room processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
