Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Manage the maintenance, repair, and calibration of all tooling and equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards within the tool room.
• Supervise, train, and mentor tool room technicians and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, spare parts, and materials.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing needs.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for tooling.
