Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Tool Room Attendant to support maintenance and Central Tooling with tooling needs and to keep the tool room clean and organized.

You will issue and receive tooling using the Tooling Management system, ensure data accuracy, and follow PMET processes while complying with safety rules. You will work with CT and Tool Analysts, handle tool validation, stock ordering, and assist with shipping and in-sourcing tasks.

Formación

• Must be able to read and write English and comprehend instructions from manuals.
• Must possess basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic disciplines as they apply to aircraft systems.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to work rotating or fixed shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 80 pounds.
• Consistently prioritizes safety and security for self and others.

Responsabilidades

• Support maintenance, Tooling Analyst and Central Tooling with tooling needs.
• Keep the tool room clean and organized; manage a tool crib on assigned shift.
• Issue and receive tooling using the Tooling Management system; ensure data accuracy and PMET compliance.
• Perform tool/kit validation, stock ordering, and support ship/OSR activities.
• Comply with safety procedures and operate material handling equipment and company vehicles safely.
• Assist Tool Analysts and Central Tooling and understand blueprints and technical manuals.
