• Oversee daily tool room operations and production schedules.
• Procure, maintain, repair, and calibrate all tooling and equipment.
• Supervise and train tool room staff with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs for tools and machinery.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for tool storage, usage and repair.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize tooling and processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of tools, dies, and components.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
