Qualifications

• Experience with CNC programming and operation.
• Proven leadership to foster safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tool room staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and calibration of tooling and equipment.
• Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in the tool room.
• Maintain tooling specifications, maintenance logs, and usage records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to support operations.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce costs.
