FabLogix in Duncan, SC is seeking a Tool Room Clerk to issue, receive, and track tools and materials for fabrication crews. You will keep the tool room organized, manage the weld wire room, and support a busy shop floor with accurate inventory records.

The role partners with welders, fitters, and supervisors, reinforcing safety, accuracy, and timely restocking. A high school diploma and 2+ years in tool/warehouse roles are required; ERP/barcode systems experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in tool room, warehouse, shipping and receiving, or material handling.
• Familiar with hand/power tools used in fabrication or welding settings.
• Ability to read packing slips, PO, labels, and tool tags.
• Accurate counting and basic math, with reliable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Operate the tool room window for issuing and receiving tools and materials.
• Inspect returns, tag damaged items, and report to Receiving Manager.
• Restock consumables and maintain 5S organized storage.
• Keep shelves and bins clean, labeled, and properly stored.
• Receive, verify, and store materials in tool room, warehouse, and laydown yard.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; operate forklifts when trained.
