Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with pneumatic or electric power tools preferred.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair pneumatic and electric power tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and ensure safety standards.
• Provide hands-on training to customers on proper tool operation and care.
• Process service orders, parts requests, and required documentation accurately.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist with customer orders and counter support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service area.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solutions-focused customer service.
