Job summary

SouthernCarlson is seeking a on-site team member in Conyers, GA to greet customers, assist with inquiries, and perform basic repairs on power tools. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and quick responses to customer needs.

The position offers a day shift, Monday–Friday, with compensation based on experience and a full benefits package. You will train customers on equipment use and coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in construction or industrial supply preferred.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Customer service oriented with good communication.
Basic computer skills; ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Experience with small engine or power tool repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with inquiries; troubleshoot and repair nail guns and staple guns.
Provide equipment operation and maintenance training to customers.
Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
Complete and submit work orders and time sheets.
Coordinate with sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Problem-solve with sales team to determine best resolution for customer issues.
Deliver the highest levels of service and productivity to customers.
