NEFCO Construction Supply LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a tool repair technician to service and repair electrical and gas-powered tools, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery. You will handle incoming repairs, document processes, maintain a clean work area, and assist customers on-site, by phone, or email while upholding safety and accuracy.

Requires a high school diploma, 2+ years' experience, ability to read schematics, strong time management and communication skills, plus proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend tool schematics and diagrams.
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent decision making skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and perform multiple tasks.
• Experience in handling difficult customer service situations.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Performs repairs on electrical and battery-powered tools, gas equipment, outdoor power equipment, etc.
• Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area
• Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete and deliver the repair
• Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication
• Properly completes service reports and enters data appropriately through designated computer system
• Other duties as assigned

Success in this position requires proficiency in tool repair, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly serviced and maintained.

Job Duties:

• Performs repairs on electrical and battery-operated power tools, gas equipment, outdoor power equipment, etc.
• Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation
• Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area
• Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete and deliver the repair
• Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication

• Other duties as assigned
