NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is seeking a Rental Technician in Saint Paul, MN to maintain our fleet of rental tools and equipment and to facilitate the rental process. You will organize the rental department, operate and test equipment, perform minor repairs, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the rental lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have mechanical aptitude, prior construction experience, solid computer skills, and a strong work ethic.

• Mechanical aptitude is required.
• Previous construction industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsabilités

What You Will Do:
As a Rental Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of rental tools and equipment and facilitating our rental process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organize and maintain tool rental departments.
• Operating and testing equipment.
• Performing minor repairs on equipment.
• Complete rental process for all customers providing exceptional customer service to everyone.
• Prioritize daily department workflow.
• Maintain exceptional communication with co-workers and management to assure the accuracy of inventory.
• Partner with vendors regarding part and repair questions.
• Work with sales staff to fulfill customer requirements.
• Stay up to date and informed on new and current products and services offered.
• Assist in maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety standards.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
