Rolls-Royce in Aiken, SC is seeking a Tool Management Technician for the Mini Shift. You will adjust and align tools, set tooling in machining centers, and inspect tooling for quality while supporting tool crib operations.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or apprenticeship, with experience in CNC controls and diverse tooling systems. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and completion of apprenticeship or training program or 3 years tooling management in a heavy‑duty machining environment
• Experience with a variety of machines/tools including power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, taps/dies, and hoists
• Knowledge of inventory control, manufacturing, production processes, raw materials, and quality costs
• Intermediate mechanic skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, carpentry, lubrication, and repair of production machines
• Experience with Siemens 840D CNC machine tool control, Modicon, Allen Bradley, RS Logic 500/5000 and CNC programming
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsabilités

• Adjust and align tools and modify systems on pre‑set equipment according to machining specifications
• Set and change specialty and standard tools in machining centers
• Assemble and re‑assemble new tools, re‑worked tools and prototype tools for tool crib operations
• Access tooling re‑work capability based on tooling attributes and machining requirements
• Verify quality of tooling by inspecting against templates, measuring dimensions, or testing
