Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC in Sandusky, OH is seeking skilled tradespeople to join our mold maintenance team. You will perform extensive mold repair, preventative maintenance, and support production on injection molds requiring full disassembly and assembly.

Hands-on machining with lathes, mills, and grinders is essential. Candidates should have a Journeyman card or 8 years of experience, be prepared to work on all three shifts, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman card or 8 years’ experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with molds and tooling is a plus.
• Willingness to work across 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive mold repair and maintenance, including full disassembly and assembly.
• Support production and assist in shop assignments.
• Read blueprints and specs to determine tools and operations.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances on finished parts.
• Operate and maintain lathes, mills, and grinders.
