Job summary

Arcadis APM in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Tool Install Dock Coordinator to join our project team onsite at the client facility. You will manage tool and equipment arrivals, coordinate docks, MIMO paths and freight elevator usage for large high-tech construction projects.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong communication, and meticulous problem-solving with proficient MS Office skills. Domestic US travel and relocation may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse management, logistics, or tool install construction.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office; scheduling software a plus.
• US work authorization required; US domestic travel/relocation considered.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact to manage plan, organize, review, and execute multiple logistics activities.
• Develop, maintain and update tracking logs; analyze data to identify issues.
• Coordinate with rigging team to ensure personnel are available and tasks status reported.
• Escalate issues and adapt plans to changes.
• Communicate with management, vendors, trades, stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Prepare and maintain tool install and material delivery schedule and reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
