Job summary

Arcadis, a leading global design, engineering and consultancy firm, seeks a Construction Manager to coordinate on-site tool installation on a large semiconductor project in Boise, Idaho. You will work with Project Manager and Superintendents to plan, supervise, and document construction activities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on coordination with field crews, subcontractors, and tool vendors, with focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• 4–8 years of construction experience in industrial/high-tech/semiconductor environments.
• Hands-on experience coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Familiarity with cleanroom construction and MEP systems.
• Proficiency in scheduling and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site tool installation activities in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.
• Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and tool vendors to ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule work.
• Assist short-interval scheduling, sequencing, and day-to-day planning.
• Monitor progress, manpower, and productivity; report to the Project Manager.
• Maintain site documentation and participate in daily coordination meetings and field inspections.
• Support commissioning, start-up, and turnover of tool installation work.
