Job summary

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and cost management skills with ability to track commitments, actuals, accruals, forecasts, and variances.
• Experience translating procurement, field execution, and project data into clear cost reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across finance, procurement, project controls, construction, and project management teams.
• Advanced systems and data analysis capabilities, including SAP and Excel, with experience validating large data sets and driving issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provides tool-level cost accounting support for semiconductor tool installation projects, tracking material spending, commitments, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Partners with procurement, vendor management, cost controls, construction teams, and project leadership for financial transparency.
• Tracks material commitments, purchase orders, receipts, and installation-related expenditures by tool and package.
• Audits installed materials against procurement records, field execution status, and approved scope to ensure costs are accurate and properly assigned.
• Investigates and resolves cost discrepancies and allocation issues with key stakeholders.
• Manages accruals, cost allocations, financial adjustments, and month-end reconciliation activities for forecasting and reporting.
• Leads or supports spending reconciliations at milestones like area turnover and project closeout.
• Identifies emerging cost risks and prepares cost summaries for leadership review.
