Job summary

Cumming Group in Boise, ID seeks a Senior Electrical Estimator to support a large semiconductor client. You will lead early cost estimations, shape budgets, and influence project decisions with strong conceptual estimating experience.

With a focus on tool install, you will manage workloads, reconcile invoices, mentor junior estimators, and develop plans for bids and risk analysis while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 5+ years in Electrical Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying.
• MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent certification.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform on-site validation with pre-approved rates.

Responsibilities

• Perform workload management, QA/QC, and task management.
• Reconcile invoices and change orders with GC and subcontractors.
• Develop cost estimates and value analyses.
• Mentor estimators and train on divisions and construction technology.
• Prepare project plans and bid analyses.
• Support risk and value management evaluations.
