Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Beaverton, OR, with support in Camas, WA, seeks an experienced Tool Install Project Manager to lead planning and execution of advanced semiconductor equipment installations for factory expansion and capacity growth.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, facilities, and contractors to deliver multimillion-dollar capital projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to high quality standards, enabling ramp schedules and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, tool installation, or capital project management.
• Proven experience managing scope, schedule, cost, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with semiconductor cleanroom environments and manufacturing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and tools such as Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead semiconductor tool installation projects from concept through production handoff.
• Tool Installation & Factory Readiness: Oversee installation of advanced semiconductor equipment and ensure cleanroom readiness and utilities availability.
• Cross-Functional & Contractor Leadership: Partner with multiple teams and contractors, lead bid evaluations and contract execution.
• Safety & Risk Management: Champion zero-incident safety culture and mitigate risks related to supply chain and delays.
• Operational Impact & Continuous Improvement: Support factory startups, capture lessons learned, and manage multiple capital projects.
