Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Tool & Gauge Technician to manage tooling and calibrated gauges at Arsenal near Columbus. You will source, maintain, and track tools and consumables essential for production, ensuring calibration compliance and ready access for technicians.

Responsibilities include maintaining the calibration registry, enforcing tool control and FOD prevention, and providing evidence for AS9100 and DCMA surveillance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred.
• Experience standing up or running a tool crib/tool control program in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Familiarity with AS9100 and DCMA oversight is a plus.
• Strong audience for governance of tool control and calibration records.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own asset management and control procedure for all calibrated instruments on site; track location and ownership in calibration registry.
• Maintain evidence for inventory and calibration artifacts per AS9100 and MRL assessments.
• Support DCMA surveillance with accurate tooling and asset records.
• Own and govern site tool control procedure; handle broken tools, tagging, engraving, and ownership handoff.
• Act as named asset management POC for manufacturing readiness assessments and calibration compliance artifacts.
