Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is hiring for a Lead Tool & Gauge Technician at its Arsenal site near Columbus, Ohio. You will lead asset management, tool control, and calibration records, ensuring AS9100 compliance and DCMA surveillance readiness.

The role requires 3–5 years of tool crib experience and US citizenship. You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and MRB teams on the floor, owning calibration registries and inventory artifacts to support production

Qualifications

Experience running tool crib in aerospace/defense.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
Ability to read drawings and specs; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Own asset management and control procedure for all calibrated instruments on site.
Maintain objective evidence for inventory and calibration compliance artifacts.
Support DCMA surveillance activities with accurate tooling records.
Own and govern the site's tool control procedure: broken tool replacement, tagging, engraving, ownership handoff.
Serve as named asset management POC for MRAs and calibration artifacts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production on the floor.
