Job summary

Hunting in Houston, TX seeks a detail-oriented technician to manage gauge and instrument records in OnBase and to maintain comprehensive calibration and accessory inventories. The role will ensure all gauges (in-house and subcontracted) are calibrated and that related files and certificates are up to date, supporting repairs and replacements.

Responsibilities include updating calibration documentation, tracking instrument movement, and ordering required components to keep production running

Responsibilities

• 2.1 Ensure that gauge/instrument records are completed in OnBase.
• 2.2 Maintain inventory of all gauges in OnBase.
• 2.3 Ensure that all in-house and subcontracted gauges are in calibration.
• 2.4 Maintain inventory of all product line overlays and supplemental kits.
• 2.5 Maintain files associated with sending/receiving gauges and instruments from repair.
• 2.6 Maintain calibration certificates from manufacturers.
• 2.7 Update and maintain calibration records.
• 2.8 Update gauge accessory inventory (i.e. MRP shoes, contact points, extension, etc.) by ordering required components.
