Qualifications

• Motivate, coach, and lead hourly employees.
• Understand customer service and online tool order system.
• Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience managing teams of 15+ people.
• Good understanding of lean principles and value stream ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations for the tool facility cells.
• Monitor field orders and schedules to meet tooling deadlines.
• Ensure cells meet quality, delivery, and EH&S goals.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, IT, and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean projects.
