Job summary

Otis SE is seeking a responsible leader to manage the Tool Facility in Florence, SC on the 1st shift. You will plan, staff, and run daily operations for tool cells and support functions, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality and EH&S goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, lean principles understanding, and experience guiding teams of 15+ while working cross-functionally with Materials, Engineering, IT, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hourly teams and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Understanding of lean principles and value stream ownership.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Tool Facility and oversee planning, staffing, and daily operations.
• Monitor field orders and schedules to meet tooling delivery dates.
