You will provide advanced engineering support, drive process optimization, manage equipment implementations, and support new product introductions to improve safety, quality, and cost metrics. You will collaborate across production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, testing, and engineering teams while guiding process changes and continuous improvement programs to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (BS/BA).
• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience with project leadership preferred.
• Proven experience leading projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping.
• AutoCAD and 3D modelling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures manufacturing processes achieve safety, quality, productivity, and uptime objectives.
• Leads root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D methodology with timely closure.
• Oversees implementation of engineering changes and process updates with minimal disruption.
• Designs and sustains robust manufacturing processes emphasizing safety and Lean.
• Supports certification of production yields, new product introductions, and cost reduction.
• Collaborates with manufacturing engineering, quality, maintenance, testing, CNC programming, and operations.
• Maintains project portfolios and leads continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost reductions.
• Plans, coordinates, trains, and supports production during changes and launches.
• Provides technical support for plant layout, equipment procurement, and automation projects.
• Identifies and implements improvements in processing efficiency, capacity, energy, and safety.
