Job summary

Associated Materials Innovations, LLC is seeking a Tool and Die technician to maintain and repair dies, embossing rolls, transfer rolls, and calibration equipment used in production, ensuring tooling is available and up to quality standards. You will be part of a team focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tooling inspections, and supporting production changes across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 1 year of manufacturing experience.
Attention to detail and ability to lift 50 pounds.
Familiar with the AMMS system and extrusion processes.
Team oriented with a proven safety and attendance record.

Responsibilities

Maintain dies, embossing rolls, transfer rolls and calibration for production.
Inspect and repair tooling to ensure quality tooling is available for production.
Perform product changes in accordance with the production schedule.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.
Performs housekeeping duties in the department, including trash removal.
Accept additional duties as assigned by the department supervisor.
Operate mobile equipment, including boom and scissor lifts.
Participate in 5S events as needed.
Observe all safety rules and housekeeping standards in the facility.
Understand and follow all company policies.
