Job summary

Kasai North America, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to support the repair and upkeep of dies and molds. You will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, read sketches and prints, and work with a variety of shop equipment to meet tight tolerances.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong safety awareness and ability to work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years technical training or 2–3 years on-the-job experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical or mechanical methods, materials, tools and practices.
• Ability to read sketches and prints and repair machinery.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety requirements and 5-S in assigned areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair dies, molds, and related equipment.
• Operate measurement tools and ensure tolerances are met.
• Read and follow process instructions, work orders, and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean and safe for all personnel.
