Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products in Columbus, OH is hiring a Tool & Die Technician to lead the tooling group supporting our vinyl siding extrusion operation.

You will install and maintain tooling, read drawings, and drive process improvements while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Eligible candidates have at least one year of industrial experience; AWS basic welding certification is a plus, and the position offers a competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year of industrial experience is required.
• AWS basic welding certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors extrusion tooling support for production.
• Investigates and resolves tooling-related problems.
• Reads production, tooling drawings and process bills.
• Gathers data to identify tooling improvements.
• Identifies opportunities to improve process control.
• Communicates findings and recommendations clearly.
