Infinity Staffing Professionals, LLC is seeking a Tool and Die Repair Technician to support metal stamping operations by maintaining, repairing, and modifying dies, tooling, and related equipment. This role involves troubleshooting tooling issues, performing repairs, and ensuring tooling operates efficiently to maintain high production quality and uptime.

This position requires analyzing blueprints, GD&T, and setting up machine tools to repair dies and gauges.

Competenze

• Journeyman certification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong reading of blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with stamping tooling and dies.

Mansioni

• Follow safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.
• Troubleshoot and repair stamping dies in press and toolroom.
• Analyze specifications and layout metal stock for tooling repairs.
• Set up and operate machine tools to repair dies and gauges.
• Assemble and fit parts to build/modify tooling.
• Perform TIG/MIG welding on tool steel components.
• Polish die details to reduce wear and ensure nesting.
• Verify dimensions with precision tools and gauges.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, sketches, and models.
• Maintain communication with production and maintenance teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
