Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Tool & Die Technician in Alabama to support production by maintaining and repairing stamping dies and fixtures. You will use manual tools, surface grinders, and precision measuring instruments to ensure high-quality parts and on-time tooling readiness.

The role requires 5 years in progressive dies, 2–5 years in welding, and CAD/CNC experience as a plus; candidate should be flexible for overtime and able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Formación

• 5 years Tool & Die Progressive die experience required.
• 2-5 years welding experience.
• 2-5 years CAD/CNC programming a plus.
• Experience drawing & programming with MasterCam a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support production to ensure tools are ready for production.
• Make the repairs and improvements on stamping dies/ fixtures /weld cells/swage machines.
• Use manual tools to repair and maintain stamping progressive and transfer dies.
• Use manual and automatic surface grinders to complete the required work.
• Measure and make the required shims to ensure proper timing of the die is maintained.
• Weld and repair worn or broken die details.
• Weld and repair worn or broken die details.
• Troubleshoot parts when quality issues arise and adjust dies to improve the part condition.
