Employbridge seeks an experienced Tool & Die Maker in Ohio to repair, maintain, and build progressive dies used in high-volume production. This hands-on role emphasizes diagnosing tooling issues, improving die performance, and supporting startup activities.

You will read blueprints, work with engineering and production teams, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement in tooling efficiency.

Formación

• 5+ years of Tool & Die experience in manufacturing.
• Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with progressive dies repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret tooling drawings.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Repair, maintain, troubleshoot, and rebuild progressive stamping dies.
• Build and modify tooling components to support production.
• Perform preventative maintenance on dies.
• Diagnose die-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Read blueprints and tooling drawings.
• Work with Engineering and Production teams to improve tooling performance.
• Support die changeovers and startup activities.
