Job summary

North American Stamping Group in Pulaski, TN is hiring a Tool and Die Maker to develop and maintain efficient tooling processes, troubleshoot issues on the press line, and support production with timely maintenance. The role reports to the Tooling Manager and requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3 years of Tool and Die experience, and basic CAD/Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Toolmaker or 5 years’ experience in Tool and Die field preferred.
• Apprenticeship Program completion preferred.
• 3 years Tool and Die Maker experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willing to learn CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tooling readiness to meet production needs.
• Troubleshoot tooling problems at presses.
• Maintain production equipment as needed.
• Order supplies and spare parts; keep areas organized.
• Interpret prints and collaborate with Engineers on changes.
• Perform preventive maintenance as assigned.
