Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Tool and Die making experience.
• Ability to read and draft technical prints and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of materials science and machine shop operations.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual machining tools to fabricate parts and fixtures.
• Restore molds, jigs, and tools through disassembly, repair, and reassembly.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide tooling and parts creation.
• Inspect finished dies and tools for defects.
• Perform welding, tapping, and drilling to enhance output quality.
• Maintain equipment and perform regular testing for peak efficiency.
• Adjust machine settings to meet exact specifications.
