Job summary

2 O.C. Tanner Manufacturing is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to support stamping and coining die production. You will operate EDM wire, CNC mill, heat treat processes, and tool grinders, ensuring high quality dies and adherence to safety standards.

Day shift on-site, Monday to Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm. The role requires 1 year of CNC experience, familiarity with measuring tools, and basic CAD knowledge. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with decimals/fractions and measurement tools.
• Experience with X,Y,Z CNC axes and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Familiarity with CNC controls (Centroid, Mach Motion, Fanuc).
• Knowledge of heat treating and surface grinding operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate EDM wire, CNC mill, heat treat, and grinding equipment.
• Support lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in safety huddles and team updates.
• Assist in die creation and maintenance.
