Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a confidential manufacturing client to hire a Tool & Die Maker in the Cookeville, TN area. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining metal stamping dies and tooling.

You will read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, support die changeovers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates typically have 2+ years of Tool & Die experience and related certifications; welding/CNC fabrication experience is a

Qualifications

• 2+ years Tool & Die experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with progressive, transfer, or line dies.
• Ability to troubleshoot tooling issues and interpret blueprints.
• Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred.
• Welding, CNC machining, or fabrication experience is a plus.
