IDEX BAND-IT is seeking a seasoned Tool and Die Supervisor to lead the tool and die department, supervise skilled workers, and drive tooling development. You will oversee machining operations and ensure on-time, high-quality dies for production stamping.

The role requires hands-on expertise with lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM, plus SolidWorks proficiency and leadership experience. U.S. candidates preferred; strong benefits package included.

Qualifications

• 10 years experience as tool and die maker.
• Journeyman Tool and Die Maker certification.
• 2 years of tool and die leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead tool and die department, supervise skilled workers.
• Oversee setup and operation of lathes, grinders, mills, and borers.
• Schedule and assign tasks within the tool and die group.
• Drive tooling development and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering.
