Qualifications

• Experience in a Tool & Die environment or equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and interpret specifications.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Proficient in measuring using standard metrology tools.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional or CNC machine tools to shape parts.
• Analyze specifications and lay out metal stock for tooling components.
• Test and inspect dies and tools to ensure they match design and function.
• Read blueprints, sketches, and manuals to plan operations.
• Collaborate with team to complete larger machining tasks.
