Polaris Inc. in Roseau, Minnesota is seeking a Tool & Die Fabrication Tech / Machinist to support fabrication, welding and assembly by developing tooling and fixtures for manufacturing. Projects are driven by product development initiatives, process improvements and capital investments.

You will work with design and manufacturing teams to concept, design and build fixtures; operate mills, lathes, drill presses and band saws; read blueprints; and use MasterCAM and Solidworks when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Fabricate & assemble small to medium sized production fixtures.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain fixtures.
• Provide support to production operations as required.
• Work with design and manufacturing teams to concept, design and build fixtures.
• Be accountable to meet due dates and schedules.
