Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking a skilled Tool & Die Maker to support world-class manufacturing operations. You will work with precision machinery, progressive dies, injection molds, and custom tooling to create and maintain critical components that keep production moving.

You will apply advanced machining skills, work to tight tolerances, troubleshoot tooling challenges, and take pride in producing high-quality work that makes a measurable difference daily.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints, shop drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, and drill presses to set up and machine tooling.
• Inspect tools and dies to ensure accuracy and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machine tools to manufacture, repair, modify, and maintain dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, tooling, and production equipment.
• Inspect progressive dies and injection molds for wear and repairs; troubleshoot tooling issues.
• Apply precision measuring techniques and verify tolerances with calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
• Participate in process improvements and support safety and housekeeping.
