Job summary

Polaris Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead tube fabrication operations on the Green Shift (7am-7pm) in Roseau, Minnesota. This on-site role focuses on productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to the production schedule.

The candidate will provide day-to-day leadership, supervise teams, coordinate with departments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring environmental, productivity, and health & safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or other technical engineering field is desired.
• 2 years of industry experience in production supervision.
• Outstanding leadership, influence and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support area of responsibility.
• Direct work assignments to meet production deadlines.
• Monitor housekeeping and safety standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Prepare and adhere to department budget.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering needs.
• Responsible for inventory analysis and procurement of materials.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
