Rust-Oleum is seeking a Tool and Die Associate responsible for building and revising dies for production extruders. This critical role requires 2+ years of experience and skills in interpreting blueprints, building dies, and working with design teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and provide layouts for new dies.
• Build, develop, and repair dies using wire EDM and machining processes.
• Test tools and dies to ensure they meet specifications.
