Qualifications

• 6 months' experience using a computer.
• 6 months' experience with common retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform required duties.
• Able to minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organizing shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service.
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
