You will track tool usage, receive new tools, and ensure accurate records in a fast-paced aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read blueprints and procedures, operate measuring tools, and work onsite.

Qualifications

• Ability to use complex equipment, read difficult instructions and schematics, and maintain written records.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and maintain inventories in Excel.
• Ability to interpret measurements and use measuring tools accurately.

Responsibilities

• Locate lost or misplaced tools and equipment.
• Maintain periodic/perpetual inventory of tools and equipment.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming tools and equipment; replenish stock.
• Inspect tools for defects and wear; report issues to supervisors.
• Set Cutting Tool Length/ Diameters using pre-setters (training provided).
• Verify items returned for wear or damage and keep traceable records.
