Job summary

KBR is seeking a Logistics Clerk (Tool Crib Operator) in its Global Asset Management group. The role manages tool distribution, return, and calibration equipment while ensuring safety and contamination-control protocols in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.

The position involves frequent walking, standing, occasional overtime and weekend support, with duties spanning asset tracking, data entry in IndySoft and eQuip, and providing hands-on calibration assistance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technical skills with the ability to handle tools and calibration equipment.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive tools, fixtures, and calibration assets for internal departments and external vendors.
• Deliver calibration-due items to Metrology multiple times daily.
• Enter and track calibration data in IndySoft and maintain asset movement records.
• Verify asset status in eQuip prior to issuing to customers.
• Maintain calibration records and revision forms; support extensions and WRS requests.
• Monitor daily asset movement using Excel and submit weekly eQuip updates.
• Identify and locate government assets for the property team.
• Assist customers with setup and operation of humidity monitors, dry box meters, and gauges.
• Provide hands-on support inside and outside cleanroom environments.
• Perform HTOP tasks with specialized equipment (ALCONOX, hot plates, high vacuum systems, etc.).
