Responsibilities

• Learn, support, and maintain tracking of supplies in CMMS software.
• Manage Tool Crib/CMMS to reflect current inventories.
• Input new tools, equipment, and consumables into CMMS.
• Update CMMS to reflect work performed and scheduled maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance & Supply for equipment and services.
• Obtain quotes from vendors for purchasing supplies.
• Process purchasing material requisitions with vendors.
• Communicate with departments and vendors by phone and email.
• Verify requisitions and invoices for payment processing.
