We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool and Die Maker to join our team. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for the manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of various tools, dies, and fixtures used in our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and metalworking, along with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Shift Available: 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, repair, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment.
• Perform precision machining and finishing to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Grind and adjust parts for proper fitment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose tool and die issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize tooling designs and processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per 5S standards.
• Follow safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or apprenticeship preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or CNC operator in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and CNC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
