Job summary

Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Tool and Die Maker for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role involves repairing, maintaining, and improving tooling and fixtures, plus supporting machine repair, changeovers, and setup as needed.

You will safely operate shop equipment, assemble/disassemble tooling, and troubleshoot tooling issues while working with tool steels, plastics, aluminum, and copper. A journeyman level or equivalent experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; journeyman’s certification and/or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrate ability to use all hand measurement tools and to read and interpret tooling drawings
• Must have or acquire personal tools to perform job assignment
