FlexTG in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a reliable Toner Delivery Specialist to keep customer print environments running by delivering toner, managing inventory, and supporting day-to-day supply operations.

You will travel daily between customer sites, verify shipments, track inventory, and coordinate with technicians. The role offers competitive pay ($15-$17/hr), benefits, and a nationwide support network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify toner and print supply shipments.
• Deliver toner and supplies to customer departments, offices, and device locations.
• Travel daily between customer sites in a personal vehicle; mileage paid.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs.
• Track deliveries, inventory movements, and customer requests using company systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians, warehouse teams, and customer contacts.
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records.
• Serve as a professional on-site resource for toner and supply inquiries.
• Safely operate company vehicles while traveling between locations.

Toner Delivery Specialist

Description

Location: Philadelphia, PA; Customer Sites / Field-Based
Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour

We're looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Toner Delivery Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure customers have the supplies they need to keep their print environments running smoothly by delivering toner, managing inventory, and supporting day-to-day supply operations across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify toner and print supply shipments
• Deliver toner and supplies to customer departments, offices, and device locations
• Travel in personal vehicle (mileage paid) between customer sites daily to support supply needs
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify replenishment needs
• Track deliveries, inventory movements, and customer requests using company systems and mobile applications
• Coordinate with service technicians, warehouse teams, and customer contacts to ensure timely supply fulfillment
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory records
• Serve as a professional on-site resource for toner and supply-related inquiries
• Safely operate company vehicles while traveling between customer locations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel daily between multiple customer locations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
• Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and inventory systems
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, field support, or customer service
• Familiarity with printers, multifunction devices, toner products, or managed print environments
• Experience working in healthcare, education, government, or large campus environments
• Experience using inventory management, dispatch, or ticketing systems
• Field-based customer service experience
