Job summary

Flex Technology Group in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate to assemble equipment, troubleshoot setup issues, and deliver products to customer locations. You’ll handle device prep, packing, and paperwork with attention to detail, and you may travel out of state for special projects.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse or driving roles, and a valid driver’s license. A basic mechanical background and proficiency with MS Office are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or driver experience.
• Must obtain FMCSA ME Certificate.
• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assemble equipment (printers/copiers) in the warehouse or at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot equipment setup issues.
• Clean surfaces of equipment for customer readiness.
• Extract hard drives from returned equipment when needed.
• Prepare equipment and schedule for next-day deliveries.
• Move products around the warehouse, including forklift (training provided).
• Drive and deliver products to customer locations.
• Complete paperwork accurately in warehouse and at delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Assemble equipment (printers/copiers) in our set-up shop in the warehouse or customer sites.
• Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment setup issues.
• Clean surfaces of equipment to make them shiny, clean, and customer-ready.
• Extract hard drives of returned equipment, as needed.
• Prepare equipment and schedule for next-day deliveries.
• Move products around the warehouse in various ways (including forklift - will train!).
• Drive and deliver products to customer locations.
• Use attention to detail to complete and maintain paperwork in the warehouse and upon delivery with the customers.
• Other duties as needed.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of warehouse or driver experience or a combination of both required
• Basic mechanical experience preferred - to set up machines, remove hard drives, and other similar technical requests
• Must obtain and maintain a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (ME Certificate) per FMCSA requirements
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a clean, valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
• Ability to work with technical or non-technical people
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and employees
• Must be an independent self-starter, with attention to detail
• Experience working on the computer - MS Office required
